Q. How will I succeed if I have never promoted anything before? A. Nothing succeeds like success. You will be surrounded by successful people and will be personally mentored by your District Manager. Direct Hit Promotions believes success is more a factor of motivation and attitude than experience and inborn skill. Q. Where will I work and when does it start? A. You will work from your home as long as your home territory has not already been taken by another Branch Manager. You will begin work during spring break and continue on the weekends and evenings throughout your spring quarter/semester. In the summer, you will work full time. Some Branch Mangers will continue working year-round. Q. How much will I be working? A. The most successful salespeople are excellent at managing their time. If you do things right, you may only have to work a few hours a day, opening up your time for summer school, sports or leisure activities. Your hours will be unusual (i.e. evenings and weekends), but not necessarily that long. Q. How do I get paid? A. You will be paid based on the sales levels for your branch. The average branch may sell up to $24,000 in services earning approximately $5,400 during a typical summer program. Q. How do I know I will succeed? A. The main ingredients for success are motivation and consistency. As long as you continue to try, we will continue to help you. We expect that most of our employees will have little if any formal sales experience. That's okay! We will train and work with you. We will be there for you during the good times and the bad. As long as you supply the self-determination, we will supply the opportunity to learn great skills, make excellent money, and advance your career rapidly!
